If you like to change the Aurora Hunting by car to Aurora viewing in both Dream Cabin & Aboriginal Teepees, it will be additional $25/person/per night, 4 hrs every night. The facility provides free hot beverages and late night snacks.

Inn’s level hotel includes Day’s Inn, Quality Inn, Capital Suites, Super8 or Discovery Inn, please book in advance.

Upgraded hotel includes Explorer Hotel, Nova hotel, Stanton Suites or hotels with kitchen, please be advised you will need to book at least 3-6 months in advance.

Day 1: Yellowknife airport pick up

1. Arrival.
2. Airport pick up, our company will welcome you and pick you up @ the Yellowknife airport.
3. Hotel check in.
4. Personal leisure during the afternoon and evening.
5. 1st night Aurora viewing by car, we visit at least 2 different locations every night and experience the magic of this natural wonder. While you are waiting for the Aurora, you can enjoy complimentary hot beverages and light snacks.

Pick up time is around @ 9:30pm, detailed pick up times will be announced on your 1st day.
Pick up location is in your hotel lobby, it is 4 hrs for this activity. At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel.

5. 50% DISCOUNT FOR 5YRS OLD AND UNDER.

6. $35 DOLLAR FOR AN EXTRA 1.5HRS OF AURORA VIEWING PER PERSON, YOU NEED TO BOOK IT IN ADVANCE.

7. PRICE INCLUDES ROUND TRIP TRANSPORTATION FROM HOTEL TO VIEWING SITE.

8. CANCELLATION RECEIVED UP TO 3 DAYS TO THE ARRIVAL DATE WILL BE CHARGED 25% OF THE TOUR FARE PER PERSON.

9. CANCELLATION RECEIVED UP TO 2 DAYS TO THE ARRIVAL DATE WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE TOUR FARE PER PERSON

Cancellation Policy

Rooming list for groups with under five ( 5 ) physical rooms per night:

Cancellations received up to 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 25% of the tour fare per person.

Cancellation received up to 2 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the tour fare per person.

No show on the arrival date will be charged 100% of the tour fare per person, NO REFUND.

Rooming list for groups with six ( 6 ) or more physical rooms per night:

Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the tour fare per person.

No show on the arrival date will be charged 100% of the tour fare per person, NO REFUND.

In case of any flight delays, cancellations or adjustments to your itinerary, clients may receive no refund or compensation. But we will do our best to look after our clients in case of delays or cancellations of scheduled flights to Yellowknife.
